A new Greek organization will be joining the Troy University family next fall, when Alpha Omicron Pi becomes the first new sorority at TROY in almost 20 years.

Members of the Panhellenic Council and University leadership selected the sorority from a field of three on Oct. 6.

TROY gave books to Dothan preschoolers at the city's downtown library thanks to a W.K. Kellogg Foundation grant.

TROY gave books to Dothan preschoolers at the city's downtown library thanks to a W.K. Kellogg Foundation grant.

About 40 4-year-olds from the Dothan area received gift bags from Troy University at the main branch of the Dothan Houston County Library on Thursday morning.

The gift bags included the book “Brown Bear, Brown Bear,” book bags with the New York Times logo on them, and custom-made T-shirts.
