Teresa Paglione’s family has been making apple butter for generations, dating back to the 1830s.  She shares the recipe with In Focus host Carolyn Hutcheson and previews the Oct. 23rd Loachapoka Pioneer Day in east Alabama.  Teresa is Vice-President of the Lee County Historical Society and Newsletter Editor for the Alabama Archaeological Society.
