On National Dog Photography Day, author Liz Fryer shares with Carolyn Hutcheson, In Focus host, the story of a special dog family that has 10,000 followers on Twitter.  Her book, “Spencer and Lulu – A Love Story,” captures the personality of pug Spencer and his family over their ten years of life.
