Karen Worcester is co-founder of Wreaths Across America, a nonprofit that works with Gold Star families to honor the fallen in national and international cemeteries. She talks with In Focus host Carolyn Hutcheson about plans to wave the American flag on Tues., Sept. 7, in observance of Sept. 11, 2001, when airline hijackers attacked the United States. The Freeport Flag Ladies waved the American flag on that fateful Tuesday at passing motorists in Maine and continued the tradition for 18 years, before merging with Wreaths Across America.
