The musical group Covert Ensemble performed a concert on the Troy University campus on of the few times the groups has performed together on the same continent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Covert Ensemble includes TROY music professor Dave Camwell and Czech saxophonist Katerina Pavlikova who normally perform together while in their separate countries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Covert Ensemble started in when we were in lockdown with with COVID,” says Camwell. “I thought doing some remote collaboration with people who inspired me would be a good and useful use of my time and really something fun to do as well.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“One day he sent me a message, ‘Hey cool videos, could we make something together?’ and I said yes and that’s it,” says Pavlikova “And since then since that time we continue making this remote collaboration.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n
