{"id":404,"date":"2021-01-11T16:35:02","date_gmt":"2021-01-11T16:35:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/today.troy.edu\/trojanvision\/?p=404"},"modified":"2021-01-11T16:35:10","modified_gmt":"2021-01-11T16:35:10","slug":"fan-cut-outs-to-fill-courtside-seats-of-trojan-arena-this-season","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/today.troy.edu\/trojanvision\/archive\/news\/fan-cut-outs-to-fill-courtside-seats-of-trojan-arena-this-season\/","title":{"rendered":"Fan cut-outs to fill courtside seats of Trojan Arena this season."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">COVID-19 is keeping most fans a little farther away from action in Trojan Arena this season but there is a way for some fans to get to be close to the court through cut-outs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troy Athletics is offering fans a chance to purchase cut-out pictures of themselves to be seated in the first few rows of Trojan Arena during basketball games this season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">COVID protocols restrict how close fans can be seated to the court this season so the athletic department figured this would be a fun way to get &#8220;fans&#8221; in those seats this season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;We are limited to our capacity but we wanted all of our fans to still feel like they were a part of Trojan Arena and a part of both men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s basketball teams,&#8221; says Jonathan Swalley, Director of Fan Engagement. &#8220;That&#8217;s why we decided to do the fan cut-outs for this season.
