TROY, Ala. (TROJANVISION<\/a>) \u2014\u00a0Head baseball coach Skylar Meade and his wife, Jesse, have announced the second-annual Troy Baseball\u00a0Women’s\u00a0Clinic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The clinic is\u00a0presented by Troy Regional Medical Center and is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 2, from 6-8 p.m.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Jesse and I are excited for the second edition of our\u00a0women’s\u00a0clinic,” Meade said. “Last year was a blast, but I guarantee the ladies of Troy will have an even more exciting evening on February 2nd. Make sure you RSVP early for a night of baseball skill work, tours, technology, meeting players\/coaches and an insider look into Trojan baseball.”\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n

The event will begin in the newly renovated RBI Club (Riddle-Pace Field) and allow the attendees to partake in many baseball activities on and off Riddle-Pace Field, including pitching, hitting and defensive drills. Attendees also have the opportunity to dawn the Cardinal and White and have photo shoots in official Troy baseball game uniforms. Then, the ladies will get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the weight room and baseball facility while learning about the technology used during practice and games to help develop players\u2019 abilities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To sign up now, all one needs is $30 to register. The money goes towards entry into the event, a commemorative t-shirt and free refreshments. Registration and complimentary refreshments will begin at 6 p.m. in the RBI Club. Also, we recommend comfortable clothing due to the activities attendees will partake in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
