Troy University’s International Arts Center transformed into a Yoga studio for the night as part of a new program the IAC is offering to students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The IAC will offer Yoga classes on the first Wednesday of every month in partnership with the Trojan Fitness and Wellness Center. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The first class was taught by Troy University student Kayleigh Duprel who says she wanted to be able to offer students a chance to relax and get in better shape. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
“It’s a definitely an amazing opportunity to just have a good community of people with like-mindedness,” says Duprel. “Taking the opportunity to let your mind rest, taking a break from studying for midterms and also just allowing your body to just get rest and stretch and just let some blood flow.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n
