Historian Dr. Richard Bailey is planning a rededication ceremony December 10th at Lincoln Cemetery, the oldest African American cemetery in Alabama’s capital city.  He talks with In Focus host Carolyn Hutcheson about two new historical markers that will be unveiled, and he recounts stories of several burials.  The cemetery is of ongoing concern, due to deterioration.
