Poet Jeanie Thompson, Executive Director of the Alabama Writers’ Forum, talks with Carolyn Hutcheson, In Focus host, about the life of Helen Keller.  Thompson studied Keller’s life for a decade and then wrote the book, “The Myth of Water, Poems from the Life of Helen Keller.”  Today the poet shares stories of Keller’s activism that drew worldwide attention.
