New York Times best selling author William Forstchen talks with In Focus host Carolyn Hutcheson about his book series dealing with EMPs and the vulnerability of the North American power grid.  With record-setting high temperatures across the U.S.,the military historian and history professor  talks about the need to modernize our power grid because of its reliance on foreign components for maintenance.
