Saudi Arabia and other oil producing OPEC countries recently announced a surprising production cut of 1.15 million barrels a day until the end of the year.  Scott Angelle, former Director of the U.S. Bureau of Safety and Environmental Management in the U.S. Department of the Interior, talks with Carolyn Hutcheson, In Focus host, about the implications for American drivers and the economy.  

Angelle, the former Lieutenant Governor of Louisiana, also is founder of USA Energy Workers.  Currently, the Biden Administration is tightening safety regulations for offshore oil and gas production.
