Children got to show off their artistic talents mimicking the work of artist Janet Nolan in the latest ArtSPARK event in the International Arts Center.
ArtSPARK is a monthly event designed to give children the chance to experience the world of art through fun activities.
This latest ArtSPARK allowed children to use everyday objects to create their own artwork inspired by the work of Janet Nolan, whose work is currently on display in the IAC foyer.
“Its a really fun exciting moment for us because we get to introduce our new artist Janet Nolan,” says IAC Curator Carrie Jaxon. “She’s really vibrant and colorful and we’re just really glad to have our children come in and engage in some art activities.”
