TROY, Ala. (TROJANVISION) — A Southern author known for her non-fiction work will soon become the latest recipient of Troy University’s Hall-Waters Prize.

Jennifer Horne, an award-winning poet and a former Poet Laureate of Alabama, will be honored on April 25 inside the Lamar P. Higgins Ballrooms.
