Troy University alumna Caroline Hale has been named the Director of Development for the College of Arts & Humanities (CAH).
Hale previously served at TROY as Director of Development for two years. Before returning, she served as the Community Development Specialist for the Town of Pike Road. Hale also served as the Director of Pipeline Strategy for the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.
“We are thrilled to welcome Caroline Hale as our new Director of Development,” said CAH dean Dr. Michael Thrasher. “Caroline is a graduate of the Hall School of Journalism & Communication, and she is passionate about supporting TROY’s students, faculty and staff. I am excited to have her as part of our college’s team as we advance the study of fine arts, communication arts and humanities disciplines.”
Hale received her undergraduate degree in sociology from the University of North Georgia in 2018 and her Master of Science in Strategic Communication from TROY in 2021.
In her new role, Hale said she is looking forward to bringing fresh ideas, fostering meaningful connections and building on the strong foundation that TROY is known for.
“I’m thrilled to be back at TROY,” Hale said. “TROY’s spirit of pride, innovation and collaboration is unmatched, and I’m eager to once again be part of the incredible momentum that makes this place so special. I can’t wait to work alongside such passionate colleagues and community members to continue making a positive impact and shaping an even brighter future for Troy.”
