Sixteen graphic design students from professor Chris Stagl’s Spring typography class recently competed to have their work showcased in the Sorrell College of Business. After being juried by Dr. Judson Edwards, Dean of the SCOB, and the class client, Dr. George “Paul” Willis, a winner was named after a live-voting event held May 3.

Hall School students participated in Journalism Career Fair on April 20, bringing career-specific recruiters to campus.

Hall School of Journalism and Communication students got the opportunity to network, meet with employers and pursue job or internship opportunities at Thursday’s journalism career fair. 

Held in the Trojan Center ballrooms, the career fair featured 13 employers and was mandatory for HSJC majors and minors, said Robbyn Taylor, director of the department.
