Representatives from Troy University’s Continuing Education and Outreach division recently served as featured speakers at the NPMA Transit Retreat held in Mobile, March 4-5.
The retreat brought together over 150 transit professionals, representing 65 transit systems from 23 states.
Dr. Jane Goodson and Michael Jackson delivered sessions focused on leadership development, workforce engagement, and operational effectiveness within public transportation agencies. Their presentations equipped transit leaders with practical strategies to strengthen team performance, improve service delivery, and address evolving industry challenges.
TROY’s participation underscores the University’s role as a trusted training partner for Alabama’s transportation community through its continued work with Alabama Transit and the Rural Transportation Assistance Program.
