More than 20 student creators from the Student Made Store TROY will be offering their wares to the public on Wednesday (Dec. 3) during the annual JingleFest Holiday market at the IDEA Bank on the Square in downtown Troy.
JingleFest, now in its fifth year, showcases student-owned businesses and products, mostly offered by students involved in the Sorrell College of Business’ Troy Bank and Trust Entrepreneurship program.

This year, an expanded format is offered featuring free photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, a free Hot Chocolate Bar, free gift wrapping, live music, raffle giveaways, a bounce house, food trucks and more.
“We’re just excited that we can help kick off the Christmas season, support our IDEA Bank students have a fun, family-oriented night with something for everyone,” said IDEA Bank Director Lynne George.
Doors open at 4 p.m. and the event lasts until 6:30 p.m.
“December 3 is truly a day full of celebrating student entrepreneurs at Troy University and we hope the community will come show their support,” George said.

Earlier that day, 12 finalists will compete for $8,000 in prize funds in the culmination of the MAX Accelerator Business IDEA Competition with a “Shark Tank” styled pitch competition.
