Troy University’s corporate partnerships program continues to grow, with a number of new organizations joining this fall, bringing tuition scholarships to their employees and members.
Six organizations from throughout the Southeast have joined the partnership program in recent weeks. They include:
- Georgia Jail Association
- Pike County Chamber of Commerce (Ala.)
- All In Credit Union (Ala.)
- North Augusta Chamber of Commerce (S.C.)
- Northwest Florida State College
- LGE Credit Union (Ga.)
- Valdosta-Lowndes County Chamber of Commerce (Ga.)
All of the new member organizations receive a 10-percent tuition scholarship for all TROY programs and waived application fees for their employees. For the Pike County, North Augusta, and Valdosta-Lowndes County Chambers of Commerce, the scholarship/waiver extends to the employees of member organization. Students enrolled at Northwest Florida State College will also receive the scholarship.
Partner organizations gain access to many other benefits as well, including internship placement programs, access to career fairs and other collaborative opportunities.
“Becoming a corporate partner is the best way for businesses to take advantage of Troy University’s world-class educational resources and support,” said Lynne Firmin, Project and Corporate Relations Coordinator. “In addition to a tuition scholarship for employees, TROY offers a number of collaborative opportunities and connections to TROY resources to help organizations meet their goals and grow.”
Launched in 2013, the corporate partnership program has more than 140 members representing businesses, health systems, school districts, municipalities, professional associations and other organizations. For more information, visit troy.edu/partnerships.
