Those enjoying the walking trail at Troy University’s Dothan Campus will notice some beautiful additions to several of the picnic tables.

Headland-based artist Frederic Lecut, originally from France, recently turned the stone tables into mosaics made of smaller mosaics created by his students throughout the area.

The Pied Pipers will perform a free show at the Dothan Opera House on Tuesday, Jan. 31.

Troy University’s children’s theater group, the Pied Pipers, will perform at the Dothan Opera House on Tuesday, Jan. 31.

The 6 p.m. performance is free and open to the public, and parents are encouraged to bring their children.

Since the 1970s, the Pied Pipers have performed familiar folk tales and stories aimed at young children.
