Troy University’s International Arts Center will host TROYAPALOOZA, the annual student celebration and costume party, beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 29.

Troy University’s International Arts Center in collaboration with the University’s Department of Art and Design will host a reception celebrating three exhibitions that showcase the talent of two Alabama artists and the Montgomery Photo Festival.

Nall served as artist-in-residence at TROY in 2000 and 2001.

Fred “Nall” Hollis, a native of Troy and world-renowned artist, passed away on September 14, 2024, at his home in Fairhope. 

Nall, who showed interest in the arts and creating from a young age, was known for his surrealist paintings and engravings, portraiture, sculpture and mosaics.
