Learning and fun take center stage in Summer Spotlight Drama Camp

For the 11th year, Troy University’s Summer Spotlight gave kids a chance to experience theatre through the Creative Drama Camp last week.

The camp, aimed at children ages 4-13, gave kids high-quality instruction and experience in playwriting, acting, creative drama, musical theatre and more, culminating in a Spotlight Showcase performance.

TROY presents ‘Mamma Mia!’ April 19-20

Nearly 80 Troy University students will work together with faculty and alumni to present the hit musical “Mamma Mia!” April 19-20 at Claudia Crosby Theater on the Troy Campus.

Troy University’s Department of Theatre and Dance presents its fall theatre production, William Shakespeare’s “The Taming of the Shrew,” Oct. 11-14 at the Trojan Center Theatre.
