Troy University students had the chance to relieve some stress with rocks and rock and roll.
Trojan Outreach held an event called Keep Rockin’ that allowed students to paint rocks while listening to rock and roll.
Trojan Outreach is a student group that works to promote health and wellness on campus and Keep Rockin’ is one of a number of events the groups has planned.
“This month we’re focusing on stress management,” says Trojan Outreach Peer Helper Lauren Miller. “We’re trying to do small events and little things on the quad that just give you a little bit of happiness, gets your mind off things and just doing something different such as painting rocks and listening to music and just enjoying your night instead of stressing.”
