Simple Servings offers students a variety of non-allergenic meal option in addition to the traditional fare offered by the dining hall.
“Simple Servings is our way of having a healthy option for students that is dietary friendly,” says Trojan Dining Marketing Coordinator Victoria Cirilli. “There are a lot of students that suffer from celiac disease as well as gluten intolerances. We do have this station for those people in mind.”
The meals are prepared without milk, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts and gluten.
The Simple Serving staff are also specially trained to prepare non-allergenic food and prevent cross-contamination.
