TROY, Ala. (TROJANVISION) — Welcome Week spun into its second cycle with a spin class that aimed to promote health and wellness for Troy University students.
The class became groovy as students sang along and sweated away calories. Students steered away from their work and rested their brains while enjoying a choreographed fitness routine.
Students offered advice for future cyclists.
“Bring more water,” said freshman Emma Pitts. “Your legs will be burning after the fact but it’s really worth it”
“A lot of hard work comes into it but at the end of the day you get a good workout in and you just feel good about yourself,” said freshman Alyssa Kennedy.
