TROY, Ala. (TROJANVISION) — Troy University’s Jazz Ensemble is preparing for this year’s Nostalgia Dance.

Participants are invited to dance the night away as Troy’s Jazz Ensemble and star vocalists perform live big band-era music.

This year’s Nostalgia Dance is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 19 inside the Trojan Center Ballrooms. Experienced and non-experienced dancers are invited to attend. Doors open at 6 p.m. A brief dance lesson will begin at 6:30 p.m.; dancing will begin at 7 p.m.

Light refreshments will be served. Guests are asked to wear dressy clothing. The event is open to the public; admittance is free.

The Nostalgia Dance is presented by Troy University’s College of Communication and Fine Arts, the John M. Long School of Music and its student organizations.
