Houston becomes 51st Miss Troy University

Sarah Jane Houston was crowned as Miss Troy University by 2023 Miss TROY Abigail Grantham, Dr. Jack Hawkins, Jr. and SGA President Theo Thoenes.

Sarah Jane Houston was crowned as Miss Troy University by 2023 Miss TROY Abigail Grantham, Dr. Jack Hawkins, Jr. and SGA President Theo Thoenes.

Sarah Jane Houston, a sophomore Psychology major, from Albany, Ga., was crowned as Miss Troy University during the 51st annual pageant at the Troy Campus.

As Miss Troy University, Houston earned a $7,500 scholarship and will serve as an ambassador for the University and will compete for the title of Miss Alabama later this year….
