Troy University has been recognized as one of Money’s 2023 Best Colleges.
Now in its 9th year, Money’s Best Colleges includes an analysis of 736 choices for applicants looking for the best school for its value.
With a focus on above-average graduation rates, Money scored more than 700 colleges in three areas: quality, affordability and future earning potential. These data points take into account important factors like the net price of a degree, loan repayment rates, median earnings and four “value add” calculations measuring a school’s actual performance against its predicted performance based on its student body.
“Serving students is the most important thing we do at Troy University,” said Dr. Jack Hawkins, Jr., Chancellor. “As such, we place an emphasis on quality, affordability and preparing our graduates to be successful and competitive in the global marketplace. I believe it is those qualities combined with the culture of caring that exists here at TROY that provide the foundation for external recognition such as that provided by Money.”
The Money ranking is the latest in a series of external recognitions received by Troy University. In August, The Princeton Review recognized TROY as one of the Best Universities in the South for the 19th consecutive year. Also in August, Abound, a college guidance system for degree-seeking adults, ranked TROY among its Top 100 Online Colleges nationally. TROY also received the 2023-24 Military Friendly School gold designation from G.I. Jobs magazine.
