Troy University’s College of Communication and Fine Arts is coming back to the Dothan Opera House for a series of performances, starting next Tuesday.

The TROY Tuesdays series kicks off Sept. 19 with a free 7 p.m. concert from POPulus, the University’s pop music ensemble featuring students from the Music Industry Program.

POPulus includes student artists of diverse and eclectic styles who blend together with a concert production team in a unique musical environment honoring all genres of American popular music.

The students will perform a mix of popular hits and original songs in a variety of styles, including classic rock, country, hip-hop, and rhythm and blues.

The concert is free and open to the public.

TROY Tuesdays will feature public performances at the Dothan Opera House from different areas of the college, such as the theatre and dance department.

These performances will take place Sept. 19, Nov. 14, Jan. 30 and March 20.
