W. Kent Davis, Commissioner of the Alabama Department of Veterans Affairs, will deliver the keynote address to graduates at Troy University’s Montgomery Campus during a ceremony at the Convention Center at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel and Spa on Monday, Dec. 14.
