After defeating the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers by 45 points on Friday, the Trojan Women’s Basketball team turned around and beat CCU by 31 on Saturday.

TROY closed out their seven-game home stand with an 84-53 victory over Coastal Carolina Saturday afternoon in Trojan Arena.

With 12 points and 14 rebounds Alexus Dye earned her 10th double-double of the season. It moves her into sole possession of the most double-doubles in the country.

“Scoring and rebounding is what I do, it’s a part of me and I am just good at it,” says Dye. “For me to be number one in the nation, I feel very proud of myself.”
