The Trojan Soccer team suffered its first loss of the season to 14th ranked Auburn on Thursday night.

TROY dropped the match 2-1 to the Tigers in just their third contest of the season.

The Trojans were down 2-0 at the half and added their only goal in the game in 60th minute from Taytum Terrell. It was Terrell’s first goal of the season.

 “You see the the physicality and the athleticism from Taytum,” says Head Coach Nicole Waters. “he stepped up huge and was clinical in front of goal which we’ve been talking about a lot since last weekend. So hopefully she can keep it up the rest of the year and keep putting goals in like that. That was that was a pretty one.”
