Troy University students had the chance to release their inner artist thanks to the University Activities Council.
The UAC held a “Paint and Sip” night in the Elm Street Gym.
Students were provided canvasses, paint and sparkling cider to have relaxing evening painting and listening to music.
“What makes this event so fun is there’s no boundaries to what they could paint,” says UAC Executive Member Carlton Jones. “It’s literally up to them. It’s very free for them to do whatever.”
Through this event students wee able to make new friends in a comfortable environment.
“UAC’s main goal is to always bring students from all walks of life together with all of our events and this event is no different than the other ones that we’ve had in the past,” says UAC Executive Member Zion Graham-Lee. “It was showcased to everyone on campus. We’re not limiting any of the people who want to come out and do it as long as you want to paint or you just need something to do you can always be in attendance at a UAC event.”
