Creator of ‘Fumaire’ talks brand and authenticity

TROY, Ala. (TROJANVISION) — Kishon Reynolds is a graduate student Childersburg, Alabama.

He’s the creator of the brand Fumaire, which spans clothing, social media and fitness and wellness content. According to Reynolds, the name means “future millionaire,” an idea he brainstormed in middle school.

In 2025, he finalized the design many recognize now.

“I didn’t want anything with lots of bedazzle, no crazy colors or crazy graphics,” Reynolds said. “The brand name in and of itself was what I wanted to promote.”

Reynolds said he has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, and believes authenticity is what makes Fumaire stand out.

“More than anything, I’m a genuine person,” Reynolds said. “I’m a human and you can’t control how people perceive you.

“Just try to be good and do good by people, and everything else will work out in your benefit.”

In February 2026, Reynolds released a pre-order for his pink archive hoodie, a limited drop. He said 100 people pre-ordered the hoodie in just 72 hours.

“It feels good that people trust the brand that much,” Reynolds said. “The price was forty percent higher than my other hoodies—it was $70—and people were still willing to pay for that.

“That says a lot about the future.”

Reynolds also shared what it feels like seeing people wear his brand around campus.

“It’s a surreal feeling,” Reynolds said. “I’ll be running on the quad and see someone wearing it.

“That makes me speed up—it reminds me to stay the course.”

Looking ahead, Reynolds hopes to grow the brand and eventually start a nonprofit to give back. Readers can visit fumaire.com to browse Reynolds’ latest creations.
