Downtown mural gets new life thanks to local high schoolers

TROY, Ala. (TROJANVISION) — Pam Smith is no stranger to downtown Troy murals, especially the one that is painted on the side of BlueKey Properties’ building on South Three Notch street.

“I originally painted the murals that you see here,” Pam Smith told TrojanVision. “We painted the first one in 1996 and ’97 and ’98.”
