Twenty-six employees, including five with 25 or more years of service were honored during the Quarterly Awards ceremony held on the Troy Campus on July 25.

Collectively, those honored totaled 355 years of service to the University.

Drexel Hughes, Director of Telecommunications, was honored for 35 years of service, while Sohail Agboatwala, Senior Vice Chancellor of Student Services and Administration, Jill Methvin, Library Assistant, and Shannon Nichols, Assistant Director of STARS, were honored for 30 years. Bridget Yvette Dubose, Manager of Contracts in the College of Health and Human Services, was honored for 25 years of service.

Honored for 20 years were: Kertina Deloris Berry, TROY Online; Alicia Bookout, Associate Vice Chancellor of Financial Aid; Richard Fulton, Assistant Professor, Computer Science; Jerome Peak, Information Technology; Donna C. Riley, Information Technology; and Leora Waldner, Associate Dean and Professor of Political Science.

Honored for 15 years were: Wendy Broyles, TROY Online Academic Services, and, Ruth Elder, Assistant Professor, Library.

Honored for 10 years were: Angela McLendon, TROY Online Academic Services, and Santiago Pinzon, Senior Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Athlete Success.

Honored for five years of service were: Lonnie Jerome Cochran, Athletic Reinforcement Program; Scott Cross, Head Basketball Coach; Cheyenne Pearl Gross, First Year Studies; Jessica Gurlaskie, Admissions; Vijaya Kumar Gurumoorthy, Computer Science; Sarah Hayden Hollis, Human Services; Shelby Lynn Hughes, Academic Evaluation Center; Meredith King, TROY Online Academic Services; Kristin Taylor Martin, ACCESS; Jan Weeks Murray, Student Development; and Angela Stephens, Purchasing/Asset Management.
