Troy University honored employees for their years of service to the University during the quarterly awards ceremony held recently at the Troy Campus, including two employees who have served for 35 years.
Buddy Starling, Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management, and Biology Professor Alvin Diamond were both recognized for 35 years of service during the ceremony, and were among the 47 employees honored, representing more than 630 combined years of service.
Those recognized for five years of service were: Catherine Holton-Farrell Campbell, Christy Rae Montgomery, William Joseph Hudson, Tamara Benee Broadnax, Mondarious Dominique Brantley, Jacque Fleming Chirico, Sherry Cook, Cathy Fain, Ishtiaq Ahmed Khan, Shelby Lynne Rivers, William A. Scott, and Michele Stumpf.
Those recognized for 10 years of service were: Brandy Quates Simmons, Samantha Johnson, Marshall Brennan Ellis, Amanda Leigh Raiti, Tekela Laronda Williams, Karri Booth, Kerrie Marcouiller Hill, Lisa K. Barron, Paula Carlson, Shannon Lemons and Luther W. Jones.
Those recognized for 15 years of service were: Shaniece Stafford Shaffer, Jessica Nicole Morgan, Sonia Jo Williams, Akins T. Ogungbure, Dana Rainer Bush, Trellys Riley, Rhonda Taylor, Shannon D. Carolipio, Jon Kevin Jacobs, Paula Bray Johnson, Patricia Joanne Jones, Kathryn Joy Spivey, and Jeffery R. Walters.
Those recognized for 20 years of service were: Jana Slay, Andy Ellis, Hal Fulmer, Robin Bynum, Scott Nokes, and Lisa Vardaman.
Those recognized for 25 years of service were: Diana Avery, Leigh Ann Paramore, and Peggy Stewart.
