Josh Marvin, a 2021 graduate, has been named Director of Development for the College of Arts and Sciences.

Troy University alumnus Josh Marvin has joined the Office of Development as Director of Development for the College of Arts and Sciences.

Marvin, a 2021 graduate with a bachelor’s in Communications Studies and a minor in Global Business, will be working with departments in the College of Arts and Sciences, as well as International Programs, to connect with alumni and look for development opportunities that will advance the college’s strategic goals.

“I am thrilled to continue working for TROY in a brand-new role as Director of Development,” Marvin said. “This University and community have infiltrated my life in the very best way since I moved here as a freshman in 2017. Our Development team has so much ambition, love for the Trojan Family, and vision for the future of a TROY even greater than the one we know today. I could not be more grateful to be a part of it.”

Marvin joined TROY’s professional staff shortly after graduating, working as a recruiter in the Office of Admissions. He is currently enrolled in TROY’s online M.B.A program.

“Josh is a dedicated TROY graduate who brings energy and enthusiasm to this position,” said Greg Knedler, Associate Vice Chancellor for Development. “I believe Josh will do a great job working with leaders in the College of Arts and Sciences to create new opportunities for students.”
