Troy University’s annual Summer Spectacular allows Wiregrass kids a chance to embark on an educational adventure this summer.

The annual learning enrichment camp takes place at the Dothan Campus from 9 a.m. until noon Tuesdays through Thursdays from June 6 until June 26.

Registration is open for children ages 4 through 12 at a cost of $30 per child per week.

Troy University students majoring in education lead the annual four-week summer learning enrichment program. Summer Spectacular gives TROY students hands-on experience in a classroom setting while providing a fun learning environment for children.

Summer Spectacular is a project-based learning program where students are involved in hands-on learning. This year’s theme is Patriotism: America the Beautiful. Students will chose from three different rooms that will contain a variety of activities each day.

The first week’s registration cost is due at registration. Children may attend one week or all four, but should indicate on the registration form which weeks they will be attending.
