Annual Dothan Campus Health and Wellness Fair open to public April 9

Troy University invites the public to the annual TROY Health and Wellness Fair, which takes place Tuesday, April 9 at the University’s Dothan Campus.

The fair begins at 9 a.m. and ends at noon in Malone Hall.

More than 20 vendors from the medical community will attend the fair to answer questions, give advice and administer health screenings.

This event is open to TROY students as well as the general public.

Among the vendors in attendance will be: Southeast Health, MedMark Treatment Centers, Flowers Hospital, Houston County Chiropractic, Physicians Hearing Center, Center for Vein Restoration, Harmonex Neuroscience Research, Alzheimer’s Resource Center, Eye Center South, American Cancer Society Resource Center and more.

Attendees can also win door prizes provided by the vendors.

The fair is part of the Dothan Campus’ annual Heritage Week, which includes the following schedule of events:

Monday, April 8 — Troy University Community Band Concert, 6-7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, April 9 — Health and Wellness Fair, 9 a.m.-noon.

Wednesday, April 10 — Spring Student Picnic, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and 5-6 p.m.

Thursday, April 11 — Woodham Lecture Series featuring Dr. Michael Donnelly speaking on genetics, noon.

Friday, April 12 — Annual Honors Convocation, 6-8 p.m.
