About 40 area employers from various industries will be looking for new employees during the annual career fair at Troy University’s Dothan Campus on Thursday, Feb. 8.

Held each year during the week before Valentine’s Day, the annual career fair invites jobseekers to “Find the Job You’ll Love.” The event is open to all TROY students and alumni.

The career fair will be held from 9 a.m. to noon inside the Harrison Room in Malone Hall.

Attendees will have the chance to speak with representatives from numerous area employers, including the Alabama Department of Human Resources, the Alabama Department of Corrections and South Alabama Electric Cooperative.

In total, more than 20 businesses and more than 15 school systems will be represented at the fair.

Participants are advised to dress professionally and have resumes ready to hand out.
