Troy University students who are fully vaccinated can now register for the university’s vaccine incentive scholarship drawings.
The link for students to register is located at my.troy.edu/incentives
The university administration partnered with the Student Government Association to create the incentive program. It is offering fourteen $1,000 scholarships, twenty-eight $100 dining cards and two full meal plans.
Drawings will begin on September 15th to allow students time to get their full vaccination.
Students must be registered for the fall 2021 semester and take at least one in-person class on the Troy campus to be eligible.
“We are really focusing on the idea that vaccinations are available on campus at our student health clinic,” says Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Dr. Lance Tatum. “We think that that’s a first line defense for our students, our faculty, our staff and the community here in Troy to fight the pandemic.”
